Sixx is a handsome 3-year-old, 55-pound herding-breed mix with a huge heart and a goofy, lovable personality. He is half Border Collie, one-quarter Australian Shepherd, and one-quarter Blue Heeler. Sixx is house-trained, fully vaccinated, crate-trained, and incredibly smart. He knows sit, stay, come, and drop, and he can even identify people by name when asked where they are!

Sixx loves people, especially men, and is a social, affectionate boy who warms up quickly to new friends. He enjoys playing fetch, romping in the yard, cuddling, and being included in whatever his family is doing. He gets along well with other dogs and has even played with ferrets! Cats are an unknown, but he is curious and has a gentle disposition. Like many herding dogs, Sixx has plenty of energy and would love an active family who enjoys outdoor adventures and playtime.

**Sixx is an indoor family dog who wants to be part of your life—not left outside in a kennel.** He would be a wonderful companion for an active individual, couple, or family with older children who can enjoy his enthusiasm without being knocked over during play. His owner loves him dearly but must move out of state for a job with a strict no-pets policy. This is a heartbreaking decision, and the hope is to find Sixx a family who will give him the same love and belonging he has always known.

Sixx is ready to bring his intelligence, affection, and happy-go-lucky spirit to a new home. If you’re interested, go to **Diggs4Dogs.com** and fill out an application.
