Aries is a three year old spayed female Border Jack. She was surrendered locally when her owner was unable to find housing that allowed her. Aries is smart, loyal and athletic. She is typically ok with other dogs although can be fearful if they approach very quickly. Once she knows another dog she is accepting and fine. Aries is good with cats, chickens and goats. Aries is a loyal dog who can be suspicious of strangers on first meetings. She needs careful and managed introductions to new humans. Aries bonds very hard with her person and loves that human with everything she has. She listens amazingly well off leash and loves to hike and run. Aries is crate trained, seems to be house trained and is working on her manners. With the right home and confident owner Aries will thrive.
