COSMO - Border Collie Dog for Adoption in Broomfield, Colorado

I am EXCELLENT on walks, I have mastered "heel" and will walk beside my human the entire walk! My foster mom said that I put her dogs to shame with how well I do on my leash. I LOVE little dogs, I love playing tag with my foster dog brother (peekapoo) and sister (havanese). When I have encountered big dogs, I get scared and make my biggest bark possible. I don't trust big dogs yet, but hopefully I will find a friendly one that I can learn to trust. I am fully crate trained, I don't even cry when I go to bed, but I do struggle when asked to go to my crate (I need a little help with that). I am fully potty trained, and will let you know that I need to go out with a little squeak or bark. I love pedicures, my foster mom was shocked when she went to cut my nails and I just rolled over and relaxed while she did it. I am a total lover, physical touch is my love language, I will crawl onto your lap if you let me and love sitting beside my human watching the world go by. I absolutely love my walks, and my foster mom started running with me, I did 2 miles no problem yesterday on my leash! My foster mom said I would be an IDEAL running pup for someone. I am very smart and am eager to learn, I always listen and I thrive on positive reinforcement. I want to make my future parents very proud! I am very gentle with children, so far I have met and played with 3 year olds through 14 year olds. I am not skiddish, loud noises like the lawn mover, thunder and construction doesn't bother me. When I'm in the car, in my crate or home alone I calm right down if you play Calming Puppy Music on Spotify.
