If you are interested in fostering or adopting Blue Whale, please come visit him at the shelter during our open hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. You can also email us at shelter@madisoncountync.gov or call 828-649-3190 to make an appointment outside of those hours.
