Franklin II - Bluetick Coonhound and Pit Bull Terrier Dog for Adoption in Chesapeake, Virginia

Mama is a bluetick mix (pictured) and dad is a pittie/lab. Mom is around 45 pounds and dad around 50

-puppies will be placed with approved adopters BASED ON PERSONALITY, NOT LOOKS. At 8 weeks old our partnered trainer will come do behavioral evaluations and these will be used to place the puppies in what we believe will be the perfect home. A preference with a puppies name or preference on gender is welcomed.

-applications that will be considered will be home during the day (to an extent) to start basic training such as crate training/house breaking/leash walking etc.

-puppies were born 8/11. They will be receiving 2 vaccines before going home. Adopter is responsible for 3rd booster and rabies vaccine. This visit MUST be sent to CCRT as proof along with heartworm prevention

-adoptions for these puppies are LOCAL only. Within 2-3 hours of Hampton Roads VA/ NE NC. (Puppies must be brought to Chesapeake on day of spay and neuter and picked up from Chesapeake that late afternoon as well)

-1 week adoption trial is offered. Once one week is up, 275 adoption fee is due. No other fees other than 85 for males and 95 for females DAY OF spay & neuter to help with the cost. CCRT will schedule the spay & neuter appts and will transport from our kennels (puppies may spend the night or be brought in a timely manner the morning of appt) i will take them to the appt and back to the kennels same day.

-puppies will be sent home on a puppy care contract. This is not an official adoption until day of spay and neuter. Once they attend the appt, an official adoption contract will be sent to adopter with all vet records and microchip info.

-puppies are to continue crate training and socialization. Puppy training classes is a HUGE plus, we only want the best for them!
