Memphis, is a 5-6 month old Bloodhound and sister to Presley!

Both girls come from pretty rough starts to life. Despite this Memphis still is a ray of sunshine. She is shy at first but warms up quickly. She has some hesitation in a new environment (to include door thresholds) but gains confidence with reassurance, praise and pets! Memphis LOVES other dogs and is curious of cats. Memphis loves sitting outside and observing everything going on. Once comfortable she will jump right into playing and running with dogs or her person.

Memphis is crate trained, almost house trained and is working on leash walking. At night she prefers to be near her person.

She will need a fenced in yard and a kind patient soul to help her navigate her new life.

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, comprehensive exam, treatment for external and internal parasites, 30 days of free pet insurance .Heartworm testing is done on all dogs 8 months and over. All companion pets have been given 30 days flea/heartworm preventives prior to adoption - Some restrictions will apply. Adoption fee is $250-$550

The bloodhound is a large scent hound known for its exceptional tracking abilities. With a distinctive wrinkled face and droopy ears, these dogs have a keen sense of smell, second only to the beagle. Bloodhounds are gentle, affectionate, and good with children, making them excellent family pets. Their determination and relentless tracking skills have made them invaluable in search and rescue missions. Regular exercise and mental stimulation are essential to keep these intelligent dogs happy and healthy.
