Journey is a 2 year old Bloodhound waiting in Mobile for a new home. This boy has already experienced more than most dogs ever should; he was found slowly walking along a rural Mississippi highway, thin, exhausted, and down on his luck. Journey got a lucky break when a kind couple stopped to help. He climbed right into their car and began his journey to a better life. Now he is ready to find the forever family he's been hoping for.

Journey is a sweet, gentle boy that loves people and gets along well with both dogs and cats. At a petite 50 pounds and sturdy build, he loves to play with his foster sister and would thrive with a canine friend in his new home. He has the funniest howl that is guaranteed to keep you laughing. Friendly, easygoing, and full of love, Journey is ready to leave his difficult past behind and start his next adventure with a family of his very own. He is cratetrained and doing very well with housetraining.
