Jose - Black Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Valparaiso, Indiana

Meet Jose! Jose is a 1-year-old Lab mix with a sweet soul and a gentle way about him. He can be a little shy when first meeting someone, but once he warms up, his affectionate side shines through! He loves staying close to his people and is a polite gentleman who takes treats oh-so-gently. Jose has good manners, is manageable on a leash, and would love a family who will give him the time and patience to settle in and feel comfortable. While we haven't had the chance to introduce him to other dogs yet, the shelter he came from reported that he does well with them. If you're looking for a sweet, loyal companion to share life's little moments with, Jose might just be your guy!
