Nita D71389 - Black Labrador Retriever and Golden Retriever Dog for Adoption in Minnetonka, Minnesota

Hi, my name is Nita and I am from Missouri!

Nita is cute, feisty young lady who is always up for a game of tug of war or a wrestling match (followed usually by a good nap!). She loves to play with our resident dog and follows him around constantly.

She is still working on her potty training, and is slowly making progress. While she doesn't mind sharing her food with another dog, she does tend to growl and nip when any people get close. We have made good progress with her on that front but it will need more work. She loves toys, but hasn't quite learned to distinguish her toys from a nice pair of shoes without some help.

Nita would be a great pet for a family looking for a smart, brave and cute young pup who they are willing to train up into a good dog. She loves food and is clearly very smart.

The black Labrador Retriever is a popular and versatile breed known for its friendly nature, intelligence, and loyalty. They are agile, keen swimmers with a strong work ethic, making them excellent hunting and service dogs. Their glossy black coat is low maintenance and sheds minimally, while their friendly temperament makes them great family pets. Black Labs are known for their outgoing personalities and eagerness to please, making them loving companions in various roles and settings.

The Golden Retriever is a friendly, intelligent, and gentle dog breed known for its golden colored, water repellent coat. They are highly sociable and great with families, children, and other pets, making them popular as therapy and service dogs. With a love for outdoor activities and water, Golden Retrievers excel in various dog sports like agility and obedience. They require regular exercise, mental stimulation, and grooming to maintain their health and happiness. Overall, the Golden Retriever is a versatile and beloved companion dog breed.
