Sunshine is a 5-month-old female black Lab mix with a heart as big as her puppy paws. This sweet girl is currently healing from a skin infection and already showing how resilient she is — every day her playful, loving personality shines brighter.

Sunshine is the definition of a love bug. She adores people and happily greets everyone she meets, and is always ready for cuddles, belly rubs, or curling up beside you after playtime. She’s affectionate, gentle, and eager to be part of the family. Sunshine is good with dogs, cats and children.

Like most puppies her age, Sunshine is curious, energetic, and learning about the world around her. She would thrive in a home that can continue helping her build confidence, learn basic manners, and enjoy plenty of playtime and affection. Despite being in recovery, she keeps her tail wagging and her spirits high.

Sunshine’s skin infection is healing well, and she’s looking forward to leaving the rough part behind and starting her next chapter with a forever family who will love her as much as she loves them.
