West - Black Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Bryan, Ohio

West came in as a stray that was very skittish. He was never reclaimed and has spent his time showing us his personality. He doesn’t mind cats, he seems to want to get to know them, but doesn’t actively chase them. He needs to be the only dog in the home, as he doesn’t seem to get along with any of his canine neighbors. West does OK on a leash, but definitely needs some work. He’s got zoomies like he’s still a puppy and he loves laying on you for attention. West knows a few commands that he’s picked up while here, but the one that seems to get the most response is “sit”. He’s confident and ready to learn and grow with the right family!
West isn’t fixed yet, but that will be done soon! He’s UTD on his shots and preventatives, and just needs a good home! His adoption fee is $75.
