DESCRIPTION
Hi, friends! I’m Tegan – Your Happy-Go-Lucky Best Friend 🐾
I’m a 6-year-old Black Lab mix, and if you’re looking for a fun, loving, all-around amazing companion... well, you just found her.
I’m a happy, social, and super friendly girl who loves people of all ages. My ideal day? It definitely includes lots of attention, belly rubs, and hanging out with my favorite humans (don’t worry—I give just as much love as I get 💛).
Here’s what makes me the total package:
I’m dog, cat, and kid friendly—yes, I really do get along with everyone!
I’m a smart cookie and already know several commands
I’ve got the perfect mix of playful and loving
My favorite things include:
Spending time with my people (top priority!)
Car rides—let’s go somewhere fun!
Splashing around in the water
Going on walks and exploring
Playing with my dog friends
Basically, I’m the kind of dog who’s always up for an adventure... or a cuddle session if that’s more your speed.
So really, the question isn’t why you should meet me—it’s why haven’t you already? 😉
Go ahead and call Heartland to set up a meet and greet. I’ll be ready to win you over the second we meet! 🐶💛
ABOUT: BLACK LABRADOR RETRIEVER DOG BREED
The black Labrador Retriever is a popular and versatile breed known for its friendly nature, intelligence, and loyalty. They are agile, keen swimmers with a strong work ethic, making them excellent hunting and service dogs. Their glossy black coat is low maintenance and sheds minimally, while their friendly temperament makes them great family pets. Black Labs are known for their outgoing personalities and eagerness to please, making them loving companions in various roles and settings.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
