He's social and gentle with people, greeting strangers calmly and enjoying quiet companionship without needing constant attention. Otis walks well on leash in familiar areas and continues to improve with guidance, showing great focus and responsiveness. He would thrive with an experienced adopter who can provide structure, enrichment, and plenty of opportunities for both activity and relaxation.
