Meet Rookie!
Rookie is an 8-month-old Flat-Coated Retriever/Lab mix weighing about 42 pounds, and he’s the total package of brains and charm. This handsome boy is incredibly friendly, social, and always ready to make a new friend—whether it’s a person or another pup.
Rookie is very smart and eager to learn, making him a great candidate for training and continued growth in a loving home. He’s the kind of dog who truly wants to please and will thrive with guidance, playtime, and positive reinforcement.
While we believe Rookie may already be potty and kennel trained, we can’t guarantee it since he’s currently in a shelter environment. That said, his quick learning ability and adaptable nature will make any transition smoother.
With his sweet personality and enthusiastic spirit, Rookie would make a wonderful addition to just about any family looking for a loyal and fun companion.
