Kiko - Bichon Frise and Poodle Dog for Adoption in Texarkana, Texas

Kiko came from a place that kept him in a cage on the back porch virtually all his life.
He's doing amazingly well despite being pretty much ignored.

He loves playing with other dogs, and I believe a home with another dog is a must. Kiko gets his cues from the other dog about going out, coming in and trusting people, plus he just loves to play!
He's come amazingly far in a short period of time. He's very smart. He knows how to sit and has learned to walk on a leash pretty well. He would be a great walking companion as he strides right out on the leash. He rides in the car with no issues. He sleeps in his kennel all night without a peep. He has incredibly soft fur!

He is a kind little dog. The original finder said he played with her children and was very gentle.

He was confused about going out on the grass for the first week or so but now he goes out and potties just fine. I do keep a diaper on him when I am not home so he can be out of his kennel, although he's fine in his kennel when I am gone. He's never had an accident in his kennel.

We believe Kiko is about a 1-1 1/2 years old and is a poodle mix. He weighs 15 lbs and is 14" tall.
