DESCRIPTION

HI! I'M GRAHAM, AND I'M LOOKING FOR MY PEOPLE!

I'm a Bernedoodle puppy born May 1, 2026, and I'm currently about 24 pounds of soft, cuddly puppy goodness. I'm expected to stay under 40 pounds when I'm grown, although I fully intend to remain convinced that I'm lap-sized forever.

My foster was asked to describe me in three words:

Gentle. Low-key. Lovable.

I think she nailed it.

I'm affectionate, easygoing, and I absolutely LOVE being with people. Give me some playtime, a good belly rub, and a spot beside you for a nap, and I'm a pretty happy guy. I enjoy playing, but Im not a nonstop puppy tornado. I play in shorter bursts and then I'm ready to settle.

I love kids, I'm wonderful with adults, and I really enjoy other dogs. I've even gone to daycare at A Place for Paws and fit right in! Sometimes I think all the attention should belong to me, but if another dog tells me to give them some space, I listen. Cats? I've shown very little interest in them. Honestly, I'm not entirely sure what their deal is.

Here's where my story gets even better.

I hit the foster-home jackpot!

I'm being fostered by a highly experienced behavioral trainer who uses positive-reinforcement training, which means I'm getting the kind of individual puppy training that families often invest a lot of money in.

My future family is going to inherit all that hard work!

At just 3 months old, I already know sit and down, I'm beginning to learn stay and go to my mat, I can spin, and I come when called most of the time. My trainer says I'm incredibly smart, food motivated, quick to learn, and really fun to work with.

House training is off to a great start, and I'm doing wonderfully with my crate. I sleep through the night after occasionally filing a brief formal complaint about bedtime.

I'm also learning leash manners, leave it, drop it, independence, and how to make good puppy choices.

That last one is important because I'm still a puppy and sometimes I have questions like, Could I chew this?

Please provide plenty of appropriate chew toys so I don't have to answer that question myself.

I do love being near my humans, so I'm still learning that alone time is safe and perfectly normal. My new family will need to continue building on that independence.

I'd probably love having another animal in my home, but it isn't required. I could also thrive as your one-and-only as long as I continue getting opportunities to socialize with other dogs.

A fenced yard is preferred because I love running, playing, exploring, and hanging out outside. I have also expressed some interest in chasing goats. My foster has informed me this will not be added to my list of approved hobbies.

Rude, but okay.

And yes, this fabulous Bernedoodle coat requires upkeep! I appear to be low shedding, but I'll need regular brushing and professional grooming to keep me comfortable and mat-free.

Now for the responsible puppy stuff!

I'm microchipped and current on my age-appropriate vaccines and preventatives. My rescue will give my new family my microchip information and explain exactly what I'll need as I continue through my puppy vaccine schedule.

My adopter will need to take me to their veterinarian within three days of adoption so we can keep up with my vaccines and flea, tick, and heartworm prevention and discuss the appropriate timing for my neuter.

My neuter will be part of my adoption contract and must be completed within the required timeframe. And yes, my rescue follows up.

Apparently adoption does not mean I finally escape these people.

Most importantly, I need a family who wants to keep teaching me.

I'm getting an incredible foundation right now, and my new family will benefit tremendously from everything my trainer is putting into me. But I'm still a baby, and all that training needs to continue as I grow.

Because I'm smart. Very smart.

If you don't teach me what you want me to do, I'm perfectly capable of coming up with my own curriculum.

So if you're looking for a gentle, affectionate, ridiculously cuddly little guy who can play with you, learn with you, make you laugh, and then curl up beside you for a nap...

Hi.

I'm Graham. And maybe Ive been waiting for you.
