Ace is a 9-month-old Belgian Malinois who is neutered and vaccinated.
Ace is incredibly friendly and loves meeting new people. He gets along wonderfully with his foster Malinois brothers and has done great with every dog he’s been properly introduced to.
This smart young guy absolutely shines when given something fun to do. So far, scent work is his favourite activity, and he’s already been tested for sport work with great potential. He also loves fetch, tug, beach days, and swimming.
Ace has excellent recall and naturally likes to stay close to his person on hikes and adventures. His leash skills are coming along nicely, and he continues to impress with how eager he is to learn.
He’s fully crate trained — toss a treat in the crate and he happily goes right in. He also loads into his car crate with enthusiasm, ready for the next adventure.
Ace has not been tested with small animals yet. When he notices birds or squirrels, he has shown curiosity more than prey drive so far.
He Will not be placed in a home with kids.
Most of all, Ace simply wants to be with his person. Whether it’s training, hiking, swimming, or relaxing together, he’s happiest by your side and ready for whatever comes next.
Due to his breed, drive, and intelligence, Ace is looking for an experienced handler who understands the needs of a working-line dog and can continue helping him thrive.
