DESCRIPTION
Meet Lucky, a pocket-size Malinois mix with a big heart. His DNA test came back Malinois and Cocker Spaniel, and the result is the best of both...the striking good looks of a Mal at half the size, softened by the sweet, easygoing nature of a Cocker, all in a 40-pound package that fits comfortably into everyday life.
Lucky is about 12 to 14 months old, which puts him past the hardest parts of puppyhood. He’s ready to grow with his person and skip straight to the fun stuff. He’d love a resident dog to call his housemate, but it’s not a deal breaker.
He was found with a chain link lead tied around his neck. We can’t confirm his full story but believe he likely broke free from where he was kept captive. Despite his past he’s thriving and living up to his name.
Lucky is currently living and learning with our trainer, who knows him inside and out. She’ll be an important part of the placement process with sessions included in the adoption. You won’t be doing this alone.
If you’re looking for an affectionate boy ready for a real place to belong, with expert support built right in, Lucky could be your perfect match.
