Merlin - Belgian Shepherd Malinois and German Shepherd Dog Dog for Adoption in East Hartford, Connecticut

Meet Merlin! He is an 8 month old Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix. He currently weighs 34lbs, but is gaining back a few needed pounds. This boy is very friendly and very social, let alone quite the handsome dude! Merlin is looking for a home that understands the needs of an adolescent puppy that has a high-drive, sporting/working breed background. He has lots of energy and enjoys being active and with his people. Merlin is very smart and receptive to training which makes it fun for both him and his handler! He is extremely food motivated and toy motivated as well. Merlin shows appropriate interest in other dogs and may consider sharing his home with another similarly sized dog or larger. Adult home is preferred, but will entertain a home with older, dog savvy teenagers.
