Kanan - Belgian Shepherd Malinois Dog for Adoption in East Haddam, Connecticut

Hello World Cup fans!

In horror of Belgium vs Senegal, we want to share some pics of our resident Belgium Malinois, Kanan. Found in a Georgia shelter- with only a few hours to live, our Rescue scooped Kanan up right away. He is handsome, well mannered, dog friendly, housebroken, pretty good on a leash, non destructive, affectionate, incredibly intelligent, moderately energetic and a lover of balls he can play with. The kennel staff told us he was obsessed with tennis balls, but we found that he likes to play with the little soccer ball we gave him. Kanan is a distinguished gentleman of 6 yrs, and about 70lbs- AND AWESOME!!!! Kanan is ready to go to a home and cheer for Belgium...or Team USA, or Brazil. The point we are trying to make is, team loyalty notwithstanding, Kanan is ready to come to your home (he will follow your lead regarding who to cheer for ). Kanan is looking for a Foster or Adopter. Kanan can be Fostered in CT and Adopted in CT RI NH NY NJ VT & MA- apply and come meet this great guy who will steal your heart, just like he has stolen ours.
