Lassie is a funloving, busy, curious little girl with energy to spare. She adores racing around the yard, going for brisk walks (honestly, more like jogs), chasing balls, playing tug with other dogs, and finding creative ways to entertain herself with whatever she discovers. After a good round of play, she's happy to curl up on a fluffy dog bed for a wellearned nap.

She's housebroken once she learns which door means "let me out," and she does well in a crate - she may whine or howl a bit at first, but once the household settles in for the night, she sleeps straight through. Lassie isn't a "sit around all day" kind of pup, so long hours of daytime crating wouldn't be a good fit for her. She still has plenty of puppy habits and would benefit from consistent training and doggie daycare or other active daytime engagement.

Lassie is very friendly and joyfully greets everyone she meets, but she's especially thrilled to see her own people - even if you only stepped around the corner for five minutes. She thrives on activity, engagement, and lively companionship. Lassie will bring a whole lot of joy and enthusiasm to the right home.

A home with a secure, fenced yard is highly recommended for Lassie's safety and enjoyment, and she shouldn't be left unsupervised or without companionship for long periods. She does not like being alone or bored, and if given the chance, she'll go looking for adventure outside the fence - so secure containment is a must. Lassie is sure to give you love, keep you on your toes, and make you laugh, so make an appointment to meet her!
