Cleo - Beagle and Chihuahua Dog for Adoption in St. Ignace, Michigan

Meet Cleo! She’s a chihuahua/beagle mix whom we affectionately call "the Cheagle”. Our veterinarian estimates her to be between 2-4 years old, and she weighs about 16lbs.

This little girl is so sweet and just full of energy! She wants nothing more than to be with people, and the closer the better! Like most beagles, she loves to run, so it will be necessary to keep her on a tether or in a fenced yard while outside.
She was said to get a little possessive of her food when other dogs are around, and we don’t know how she feels about cats. She may also need a refresher course in potty training.

She was recently spayed (although you wouldn’t be able to tell with how playful she is!) and is up to date on vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $80.

Chihuahuas make excellent companions, forming strong bonds with their owners and displaying a protective nature. They come in a variety of coat colors and patterns, with both long and short coats, making them a diverse and adorable addition to any family.
