Shine is a playful, affectionate girl who loves toys, making new friends, and being around her people! She loves humans of all ages and enjoys playing with other dogs, making her a fun addition to a family with both two- and four-legged friends.
Shine is still a busy little girl and can be a bit squirmy when you try to hold her-she'd much rather be on the move, playing and exploring! But don't let that fool you; she is incredibly sweet and loves being around her people. Like all puppies, Shine will need someone willing to help her understand housetraining, leash-walking, and crate training. She has done well in her crate overnight with minimal accidents/whining.

Shine is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 09/26/2026 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 8:30-11:30am. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame. Since they haven't arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start's Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Visit our Foster to Adopt Program page to learn more. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start's veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments.
