Meet Malleus!

Malleus is a great, fun loving, happy, easy pup! He is cuddly, curious, friendly, playful, and social! He loves to romp with the dog in his foster home, loves to chew a bone, squeaky toys, and enjoys snuggles on the couch. Malleus is your little shadow! He loves people, does well with other kids, loves other dogs and exploring the world. He is quite the shoe thief in his puppy stage! He's joyful, mischievous, but quick (and happy) to listen if you tell him no-- unusual for such a young pup He has done well on a leash, is crate trained, and is working on his potty training- he's almost there!

Always ready for fun and adventures, but loves to snuggle and nap too! Just a happy guy seeking a happy friend for life!

He is looking for his soulmate and fellow snuggle champion. If he could talk he would say "I promise to be your best friend—from snuggles to walks to play time!" He's like Ryan Reynolds- just a funny little dude and The Flash because he's super speedy! If he had a theme song, it would be Break my stride by Matthew Wilder, for sure!

He is being fostered in Richmond, VA and is up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, has been dewormed, and is on monthly preventatives. His adoption fee is $375 and covers the cost of age-appropriate core vaccinations, microchip, and required neuter when age-appropriate. We require that all adopters, regardless of the dogs age, are committed to ongoing training and socialization as part of responsible ownership. Spay/Neuter Disclosure:
Spay/Neuter will be scheduled when age-appropriate and is covered in the adoption fee. We require adopters to be within a reasonable distance of Richmond or Virginia Beach in order to complete spay/neuter with our approved clinics.

Beagles and Bentleys has an across-the-board evaluative process that we apply to every application we review that prioritizes our animals in need. We conduct a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered/up to date on dhpp/rabies and monthly preventatives, and cats must be altered and up to date on rabies) and a virtual home visit call where we discuss the adoption process and see your home.
