Boop is a 912-year-old Beagle mix with the sweetest personality and a serious appreciation for the finer things in life... mainly dog beds, naps, and being loved.
Boop was originally found as a stray in Greenbrier and came into Henderson Home Animal Rescue. She was adopted in July, but recently found her way back to us through no fault of her own.
We learned that Boop spent much of her time outside, where she apparently enjoyed doing a little digging in the dirt. But honestly, we think Boop has earned a much better retirement plan: a cozy bed, a soft blanket, and a human who wants her inside where she belongs.
Boop is an older girl, and we’re looking for a home that understands that senior-ish dogs don’t need to be outside all day. They need comfort, companionship, naps, and someone who will love them for exactly who they are.
Boop is sweet, easygoing, and absolutely LOVES her dog beds. If there is a soft place to lie down, Boop will find it. If there’s a nap available, she’s probably already taking it.
She doesn’t need a fancy life. She just needs someone who will say, “Come on, Boop. Let’s go inside.”
If you’re looking for a sweet companion who is perfectly happy to spend her days relaxing by your side, Boop might be your girl.
Boop is ready for her forever home—and this time, we’re looking for the home that will let her live the cozy indoor life she deserves.
