BARC welcomes Sweeny to rescue.

This sweet boy was dropped off in a rural area in front of a home. The people did not feed him so he wandered onto neighbors property to find food.

Finally, when he made it to the home of a rescue, he was finally taken in and cared for. This sweet, barely 30 pound little beagle / Heeler mix is not quite a year old.

He will chase a cat but does not hurt them. He gets along with every dog he has come in contact with. This angel has had to be a survivor. He is certainly intelligent enough to do that too.

He is great with children and loves people. He will chase chickens too but as yet, has not hurt one. He walks well on a leash and is easily trained. Sweeny would be an ideal family pet. He is completely vetted and ready for his forever home.
