Penny is thought to be 12 years old. Penny was found on St. Rt. 144, Guysville. Appears to be hearing impaired. Penny currently weighs 28 pounds. Meeting dogs is by appointment, walk-ins accepted but if someone has an appointment priority will be given. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.

Adoption fees are $125 ($65 for dogs 7 years old and older) and include dog license, basic vaccinations, heartworm test on adult dogs, and spay or neuter (ARRIVED 9/23/26)
