Dorothy - Beagle and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Houston, Texas

I am Dorothy. I'm looking for just the right home. And I have been looking for awhile. Ever since I was found as a stray in a rural area of south Houston, TX. A Good Samaritan took me in and nursed me back to health. I can be a fun gal with some 4 legged friends. It's just I am selective and don't really know who I'll like until I meet them. So probably being an only dog in an older family would be great. I don't like to share my food and therefore prefer to eat in peace inside my crate. I do love people however, and like to sit and relax with them. I love to be outside as well as inside. I'm a pretty easy going dog and can be very sweet. I am trustworthy when left on my own in a home and sometimes the crate can become too confining. I would love to find a home very soon that can be happy as having me spoil them rotten,.. or is it the other way around?

Dorothy is currently in the Houston, TX area however transportation can be arranged. A portion of her adoption fee will cover transport.
