He's a participant in our Paws Behind Bars - Luther Luckett Correctional Complex Dog Training Program and he's young at under two years of age. His original family loved him very much and was devestated to have to surrender him to the shelter after being evicted from their home. Gomer is that Beagle mix who always is upbeat, loves to be with his people and thinks life is a gift to live fully every day! He is trained with basic obedience commands, potty trained, walks well on a leash and has Beagle skills of paying attention to 10 things at once! He's personality plus and his joyful attitude is contagious! At around 40 pounds, he's the perfect size to take anywhere!
