With her soulful eyes and gentle personality, Amelia is the kind of dog who sneaks into your heart before you even realize it. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but once she feels safe, she becomes a loyal, affectionate companion who wants to be close to her people.

A veterinarian who examined Amelia guessed she may have some Beagle and Whippet in her family tree, and her sensitive, thoughtful nature certainly fits what many people see in sighthound-type dogs. She notices everything, forms deep bonds, and thrives with kindness and patience.

All of our animals are fully vetted, which includes spay/neuter, up-to-date vaccines, deworming, heartworm testing and treatment if necessary, current flea/tick/heartworm prevention, and microchipping prior to adoption.
