Maze is a sweet 12-year-old Beagle mix (weighs approximately 35 pounds) looking for a quiet, loving place to spend his golden years.
Maze is the kind of senior dog who is happiest taking life easy. He loves to sleep, lounge around, and simply be near his people. His family describes him as a super sweet dog, and he is very affectionate and friendly with adults.
At 12 years old, Maze is looking for a home where he can enjoy a slower pace and not be expected to keep up with a busy household. He is housebroken and does very well in a crate or kennel, making him an easy companion in the home.
Maze has done well around cats and generally ignores them. He has also been good around children, although he prefers to be left alone rather than being handled or bothered, so a home with older children or adults who understand and respect his space would be ideal.
Maze is neutered and was recently vaccinated for rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella. He is currently eating Costco dog food and is not taking any medications.
Maze has a lot of love left to give. At 12 years old, what he needs most is someone willing to give him a peaceful home, a soft place to sleep, and the chance to enjoy his retirement surrounded by love.
If you’re looking for a gentle senior companion who would rather curl up and relax than run around all day, Maze may be your guy.
