Pepper's very pregnant mama, Etta, came to Priceless Pets Rescue on a recent Hound Haul, a program that gives hounds and beagles from high-kill shelters in the South a second chance at life on the West Coast. Soon after arriving at her loving foster home, Etta gave birth to 11 beautiful puppies. Since then, Pepper and his littermates have been growing up surrounded by love, exceptional care, and plenty of opportunities to learn all the important puppy basics.
