Our little buddy Pocono is just 3.5 months old. He is a 15ish pound Beagle mix puppy who will be a great friend for any family ready for a young dog! He's very sweet and always excited to see his people. He is great with other dogs and we think he will do well with children, too. His foster family has started working with him on puppy training and he is hoping his future family will help continue training him to be his very best self. He enjoys sniffing, running around the yard, and being an overall good friend to everyone he meets! Please submit an application if Pocono seems like the pup for you!

ABOUT: BEAGLE DOG BREED
The Beagle is a beloved breed known for its friendly nature, curious personality, and distinctive howl. These small to medium sized dogs are incredibly sociable and get along well with both humans and other pets. Beagles are curious and energetic, always eager to follow a scent with their incredible sense of smell, making them excellent hunting and tracking dogs. Their short coat is easy to maintain, and they are adaptable to various living environments, making them popular companions for families and individuals alike.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
