Chico - Beagle and Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Campton Hills, Illinois

If you adopt Chico, he promises not to fly away with his magnificent ears that he hasn't quite grown into yet! This guy is a 4.5 month old Beagle mix and he weighs about 12 pounds. Chico does not mess around when it comes to affection. He is known to press his head into his humans for more love! He's proven to be a very docile, sweet, go-with-the-flow pup who will likely do well in a home with or without other dogs. He is very friendly and playful with them, but he wouldn't mind being the center of attention, either! We also think he'd be great with kids and feline friends - he's just that sweet and happy of a guy. He even wags his tail while he eats!

Chico's foster family reports that he is doing well sleeping in his crate and has not had a single accident in the house! He enjoys hanging out in the backyard and even figured out how to get in the hammock to take a snooze. He also likes to chase a tennis ball and is super fast. He has great sport dog potential! All Chico wants is a soft blanket, a comfy bed, and lots of love from his people. We are excited to help him find his perfect family!
