Meet Tobby Cooper! I'm a friendly pup who loves kisses, cuddling on the couch, and crunching on ice cubes. One of my favorite things is flopping onto my back for belly rubs-I can never get enough of them! I also enjoy my treats... maybe a little too much, but that's something we can work on together.
I'm a smart guy and know tons of commands-even ringing a doorbell when I need to go outside!
Cars still make me a little nervous, but I'm working hard on overcoming my fear every day. Because I can be sensitive to a busy or unpredictable environment, I would do best in an adult-only home where I can feel safe, comfortable, and understood.
