I'm a sweet older gal. How I came to be a stray, no one knows, but here I am in my older years and homeless. I'd sure like to land with a family that knows the joy of an older dog and wants me to bring them joy. Is it you?

Polk County Humane Society is located in Bolivar, Missouri, and we welcome adopters from any state. We have access to a transport to Aurora, CO. Other outofstate adopters either travel to Missouri or arrange & pay for air transport. Virtual meetandgreets are available on the appointment request.

The Beagle is a beloved breed known for its friendly nature, curious personality, and distinctive howl. These small to medium sized dogs are incredibly sociable and get along well with both humans and other pets.
