4-23-26: "DAISY here, and I am glad my photo caught your eye! Well, I know you are ready to learn all about me, so here we go! I am a 3 year old, 12 pound Beagle Pug mix, and I am A D O R A B L E!! I am spayed, chipped, have all my vaccines, but due to my previous owner not having me on monthly heartworm prevention, I am HW+. Now, don't let that scare you off away from me--I have had my treatment and am ready to take on the world! I came to this great rescue with my sister, Jazmine (who is also on here for adoption) after our owner contacted the local Animal Control to help them, as there were a bunch of us dogs, and it was just too much for them to handle. We were at the shelter for several days, but everyone kept walking past our kennels. My foster Mom saw us and here we are! While in my previous home, we lived in an outside kennel, so this living inside is all new to me, but hey, it's a pretty good gig!! I am working on my house and crate manners, so Mom will update. I promise I am a fast learner! The leash is a new concept to me as well--when you live outside in a kennel, you don't get all this great training! I am a sweet friendly girl who is ready to spend my life with all the adventures we will have together! I am great with other dogs, but cats and children I can't say"
