At just 1 year old, Kai is everything you’d expect from a young pup: energetic, playful, curious, and incredibly smart. Seriously…this boy is sharp as a tack and learns new tricks almost faster than you can teach them. If you’re looking for a dog who wants to engage, learn, and have fun with his people, Kai is your guy.

Kai thrives in an active home and would love a confident, playful canine companion who can match his enthusiasm for life. Whether it’s backyard zoomies, hiking adventures, puzzle toys, or learning new commands, Kai is happiest when he has an outlet for both his brain and his energy.

The good news? He’s not just smart — he’s also well mannered! Kai is house trained, crate trained, cat friendly, and pretty decent on leash for a young, excited guy. He’s met younger children and has done well, but because he can get bouncy and excitable when he’s having fun, we think he’d do best in a home with kids 12 and older.
