Howard is approximately five years old and is in foster care in Marathon, Texas. Howard is a cheerful fellow and he's not afraid to tell you about it! With ears as long as the Texas summer days, Howard gets along great with the other dogs (male and female) in his foster home. He has an adorable play style where he throws his toys up in the air like a seal, and while he is friendly towards every person he meets, he has an independent side too and is happy to chill by himself.
Like many rescue dogs, Howard arrived with a few medical issues that are already being treated. The good news is that everything has been diagnosed, treatment has begun (hence the cone of shame) and he is doing great! They don't come much cuter or more deserving!
Thank you for considering an OTAT-WTX rescue! All pets are living in foster homes, spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on core vaccines.
