Charmy - Basenji and Rhodesian Ridgeback Dog for Adoption

Meet Charmy, a girl who truly lives up to her name! She's playful, adventurous, and always ready for a sniff-filled walk or a good zoom around the yard. Charmy already knows her basic commands, is crate trained, and is highly food motivated, which makes her eager to continue learning new things.

Charmy has done wonderfully in a foster home and should settle in beautifully with her forever family. All she asks for is a cozy bed to snooze in and a quiet yard where she can sniff, explore, and soak up the sunshine.

Charmy would do best as the only dog in the home, but she absolutely adores people and affection even if she gets a little extra excited when meeting someone new! If you're looking for a fun, loving companion to be your one-and-only, Charmy is ready to charm her way right into your heart.

Recognized for their clean habits and cat like grooming behavior, basenjis require regular exercise and mental stimulation to thrive in a loving home environment.

The Rhodesian Ridgeback, originally from Southern Africa, is a breed known for its distinctive ridge of hair along its back that grows in the opposite direction of the rest of its coat. This intelligent and loyal dog is a versatile hunter, originally bred to track and contain lions.
