Rascal is a 1 year old 30 lb playful pup. He loves his play time. He is not aggressive at all but does need work on his manners rule and boundaries.
His owner had taken ill right after she got him as a puppy so he’s been left to make his own rules. he works thrive with an active adopter who could take him on runs or long walks to get some of his playful energy out.
