Meet Trixie! Trixie is a a gentle and kind soul. She would love a quiet and consistent home with humans who will give her all their love and continue to show her that people can be kind and patient. She is a sweet girl that will follow you around and sit with you on couch or lay with you in bed. She would love to go on short walks or drives to get out and explore. Trixie is very intelligent and when she looks at you, her love radiates so much you can feel it. Even if she is too afraid to fully show it. She is great with other dogs and cats, she mostly ignores them. She is crate trained and leash trained but will need someone home more than not to make sure she goes outside frequently and consistently to minimize accidents. She will require a fence for her safety and a lot of her anxiety centers around being picked up so it is just better for her to be able to walk out into a secure yard on her own. She is a beautiful girl inside and out, all she needs is someone to love her for who she is and appreciate the love she gives!
