Our facility is open for adoptions by appointment. Please complete the adoption questionnaire found at this link https://form.jotform.com/211596541894163 . Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability.

Bear was surrendered to the shelter because his owner didn't have time for him. he is a very sweet boy that loves everyone he meets. Bear is good with other dogs but can be grumpy about his food. For this reason no small dogs and no children are recommended for him. Bear is very smart and would make a great companion for an active person.
