River - Australian Shepherd Dog for Adoption in Wekiwa Springs, Florida

Meet River! He is a beautiful 2 year old pure bred Australian Shepherd from a backyard breeding/hoarding raid in Daytona Beach. He is one of 30+ dogs that were rescued. Poor River was loaded with fleas, poor coat condition, and scabby from scratching at all the fleas. He has since been bathed and treated for fleas and ticks. River is very shy right now and he is getting used to being in a home. He is really submissive and sweet. River is good with dogs and cats, and he is neutered, fully vaccinated, and heartworm negative. We will make his neuter appointment when his adoption is finalized so he has time to settle into his new home first. His adopter MUST bring him to his neuter appointment, no exceptions.
