Meet Karl! This handsome 10-month-old, 18lb brindle and white Australian Shepherd mix is looking for his forever family.
Karl is a pint-sized package of absolute joy! True to his Aussie roots, he is incredibly smart, fast, and loves to stay active, but he balances it perfectly by being wonderfully sweet, quiet, and snuggly. He is an easygoing boy and is ready to make his future family very happy.
Karl's Favorite Things: Playing with other dogs, playing fetch
and chewing on bones. Karl’s ideal match is an active household with a fenced-in yard where he can safely run and play. He is sweet and gentle enough for kids of any age and would do great with first-time owners. Having another playful dog in the home to play with would be his absolute dream! He has not met cats yet, but we think he will do just fine. This smart pup already knows basic commands and is house and crate trained.

We only accept adoption applications within a certain radius of where our volunteers are based. Currently, we are able to accept applications from Mecklenburg and Union counties (NC), and parts of Cabarrus (NC), Lancaster (SC), and York (SC) counties.
