DESCRIPTION
Hi, I'm Tippy! I'm a 1-year-old Australian Shepherd mix with bright blue eyes and a tri-color coat. I'm already spayed and housetrained. I'm adventurous and playful with a smart mind that loves to learn. I should warn you I've learned how to open storm doors and simple latches so you'll have to watch me carefully. I'm great with other dogs and kids, making me a perfect fit for most active households. Fair warning:I'd do best without any feline siblings i'm a little to rough with them, and I do get nervous during storms and fireworks. I'll be your loyal companion for hikes, water adventures, and all the window-gazing in between! My adoption fee is just $90, so come meet this blue-eyed beauty today!

ABOUT: AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD DOG BREED
The Australian Shepherd is a highly intelligent and energetic herding dog known for its loyalty and work ethic. Originating in the United States, despite its name, this breed is prized for its agility, trainability, and versatility in various dog sports and activities. Australian Shepherds have a distinctive medium length coat that comes in different colors, often with unique merle patterns. With proper training, socialization, and exercise, these dogs make excellent companions for active families and individuals seeking a devoted and playful four legged friend.
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
