Meet Em!

Em is a 2-year-old Aussie mix and one of the staff favorites and its easy to see why. Shes an incredibly sweet, well-behaved girl with a playful spirit and a heart full of love. Em absolutely loves other dogs and enjoys a good play session, so shed be thrilled to have a canine friend who can keep up with her. When playtime is over, shes happy to grab a toy, go for a walk, or simply spend time with her favorite people.

Ems biggest challenge is that shes very scared with new people. Meeting strangers can be scary for her, and shell need a patient adopter who can give her the time and space she needs to feel safe. She isnt the type of dog who will instantly jump into your lapbut if you let her move at her own pace, shell slowly begin to trust you.

And once she does? Thats when the magic happens.

The reward for your patience is one of the most loyal, loving dogs youll ever meet. Em forms deep bonds with her people and loves with her whole heart. Shes the kind of dog who will become your shadow, your best friend, and your biggest fan.
