Trout - Australian Shepherd and Basset Hound Dog for Adoption in Lucedale, Mississippi

Trout is an incredibly adorable 10 week old Australian Shepherd/Bassett Hound mix. Tiny stubby legs, chunky fluffy body. He is long and even cuter in person. Total sweetie pie, wants to be with you all the time. He is confident, adventurous and will follow you anywhere - definitely has that 'shadow dog' personality. He is great with other dogs, cats and kids.

Trout is ready to leave on our July 31st transport, which will arrive up north to this desired pickup location 1-2 days later.

This pet will come to you spayed/neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations (for age) and up to date on preventatives. Additionally, you will receive a FREE GPS Tracker from Fi + 6 month subscription to their service. A $450 adoption fee applies to cover vetting.

All pets receive an additional exam and health certificate issued by a state licensed veterinarian prior to travel. All pets will be bathed prior to adoption.

This dog is currently located in Lucedale, MS at our shelter (Rise & Shine Rescue) and is available for transport to this pickup location. Transports generally run every 2 weeks, and your new pet will be placed on the soonest available transport date. All pets are welcome to be picked in person at our shelter at no cost to their adopter.

If choosing our semi private transport, the transport fee is an additional $185 in addition to their adoption fee. Additional information regarding transport will be provided at the time of adoption.
