We welcomed this little peanut into foster care 2 days ago. He's doing great! He has already picked up on the doggie door to potty outside. However, he'd much rather have his person with him for now for routine potty trips. He will go out on his own but not far, not for long and not always a guaranteed potty will occur. But he's making progress! He's still baby .
He is tolerating the crate situation . He does better when no one is home, opposed to bedtime when he knows his person is around. He has also slept with his person the entire night without a single accident or waking up. He may still miss the company of snuggling with his mom and siblings. Being alone in a crate is new territory. He's done quite well when his person is at work. No accidents in the crate, YET .
Linus plays well with other dogs. He's enjoying romping around with his new foster mate, Bella. She's a little bigger but he can hold his own. They love doing zoomies together in the back yard. He's learning how much fun squeaky toys can be as well.
He can be a little shy with first encounters, but opens up quickly. He's very loving. His independence is gradually growing. He'll follow you room to room but if you're in the same room, he's fine to settle down for a little nap just about anywhere.
