Meet Ricardo

Ricardo is a 10-week-old Australian Shepherd/Heeler/Beagle mix with a wonderful, outgoing personality. We are not sure of the percentages of each breed, but we do know that Ricardo loves everyone he meets and wants to be right in the middle of whatever you are doing.

Ricardo and his siblings came into rescue after being repeatedly treated with flea powder, which unfortunately caused coughing in several of the puppies. Thankfully, Ricardo was not affected and is doing very well.

He is currently the largest puppy in his litter, but he is still expected to mature into a smaller-sized medium dog, likely around 20 pounds as an adult. As with all mixed-breed puppies, adult size is an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

Ricardo is friendly, social, curious, and affectionate. He would make a wonderful companion for someone looking for a fun, people-oriented puppy who wants to be involved in family life.
